Today started out like the typical day at work... I planned on being there until late this afternoon. An unexpected event allowed me to leave after being there for only an hour. I was quite excited when I found out it wasnt too late to catch up with ALL my siblings to attend UF's Homecoming parade. We had SO much fun!!!!! The weather was perfect. I cannot remember the last time Mandi, myself, Nikki, Ryan and Alissa hung out without parents/spouses also being around. Of course we had the kiddos... that is just to be expected these days:) For the most part they all had fun too! Delanci did not like the loudness from everything... the picture above is her way of telling us I have had enough and I am way past due for some lunch people!!!!
And this is her precious self once she was eating lunch after the parade!We went to one of our favorite delis after it was over. Mandi had to get straight home so her and they boys didnt do lunch with us... we missed you guys!!! Also I took all my pictures before her and the boys arrived at the parade.. she was running fashionably late due to Deans last visit. I wish so much that we would have had someone take a group picture of all of us! I always think these things after the fact:)
I am so thankful for the time to be able to hang out with all of them today! My day was not at all how I expected it to be when I woke up ... I am so glad that sometimes things just dont always go the way we think they should.
