Thankful Heart

Chad and I spent Thanksgiving with his family at their river place. The visit was somewhat short since I wasn't feeling good. My sinuses were going crazy!!!!!! We enjoyed the time we did stay and being able to see everyone. The past two years we have spent Thanksgiving with his family. Both times have been very different. My family is pretty traditional and there are certain things that I am use to that I really do miss when I am not there. I have been told that this is just an adjustment that I will have to get use to in married life!!!! Most of my folks went out early for shopping on Black Friday .... this is the first year in a really long time that I did not go. I did stop by one place on my way to work. The traffic was crazy and there was no parking places. I have gotten so many phone calls throughout the day wanting to know if I want certain things picked up. It has been kind of nice being able to shop without even being there:) All the papergoods for the wedding have been purchased as of today which is a relief!!!!!! The color I wanted finally was in stock.
As this time of Thanksgiving came and went... I couldn't help but to stop and consider where I would be without the help of so many. The support that has been given is so amazing and Chad and I are so thankful for EVERYTHING!!!!!! I hope I will continue to see all the little blessings around even as things continue to be so crazy and hectic.
