Fall Is In The Air

It is cold here in Florida!!!!! I had to find some serious winter clothes to wear this week. Last night I went to the Fall Festival at church. It was fun watching all the kids having such a great time. It was a reminder of all the fun times I have had in the past at similar functions. I attempted to bake a cake for the cake walk... I hope whoever ended up with it enjoyed it. I am not sure how it tasted, but it was decorated pretty with a bunch of candy!!!Chad asked me the other day if I was dressing up this year for Halloween. I said, "dressing up, I have not done that in years." I told him I would dress up as an angel if he would be a devil and we could go with Alissa, the queen, trick-or-treating. We both laughed it off and it is definitely not something we are planning on doing. At this point, I do not have time to worry about getting a costume. I am more worried about getting wedding invitations in the mail by the end of this week!!!! They are almost done.
Chad has been working on putting in some irrigation for us. I can't believe how far he has come with it so quickly. He does such an awesome job with it. Watching him the last couple of days reminded me of when he put an irrigation system for my grandmother in Ocala. Alot of hard work!!! I can't wait to see everything when the plants get planted!!!!!
