How It All Began

Many people are asking how our 8 year relationship began in the first place, so I figured I would post a little info on it. We both grew up in the Alachua/ High Springs area and attended the same High School. However, we never spoke back in those days!!! We both were working at his parents resturant, Conestogas, right after I graduated high school and that is where it all started. I was actually vacuming up the floor after a busy night when Chad approached me and asked if he could get my phone number. I didn't realize at the time that he was actually going to call that night or should I say morning being that it was so late when we got off!!!!! Thankfully it didn't wake dad up and I was able to get the phone after the first ring:) We went on our first date on Valentines Day and had some great italian food. At that time, my little sister Alissa had just recently been born, so Chad was able to meet the whole family including her screaming her lugs out when he came to pick me up. We give Alissa a hard time about it now because there is nothing that could keep her from wanting to hang out with Chad now a days!!! Obviously being that I worked for his parents I already knew most of his family, I just didn't realize how crazy they all are!!!!! Seriously ...that is with everyone in life the more time you spend with each other the more you learn every detail about that person. I have grown to love his family the same way that he has accepted mine and has become apart of our crazy clan!!!
